The Fed meets next week, we believe confidently that they will raise rates by .25%, and will lay the ground work to continue to raise rates into 2017, but will be “data dependent”. Rising interest rates has a dampening impact on P/E multiples. We are already seeing the impact of rising rates on mortgage applications.
