As you may recall we announced we purchased TLT for our clients, two weeks ago. First, we made that bold call because the 10-Year Treasury was enormously shorted and the odds of a recession next year, with the potential for a geopolitical shock, long bonds were very attractive at a 5% yield. When an equity manager buys bonds, it is unusual, but we find the bond market attractive.
