We spoke to a couple of trading desks on Monday, and the tone was very positive. The smaller institutional investors now have a more positive view of the markets and are buying the smaller beaten-up stocks. This is where we believe the big upside exists in the market, especially for a multiple year move, post-recession. It feels like a lot of the tax loss selling may be done...but not all. In a short period of time the market has made a big move, driven by better than inflation reports and the belief that the Fed is done raising interest rates, pushing down longer-term bond

rates.
