Financial Markets: As we discussed before, the stock market had fallen too much relative to bonds, and to follow was a large move up in stocks and a big move down in bonds. Below you can see the very strong bounce in the stock market and the continued decline in the bond market, now stocks are outperforming bonds this year. We don’t believe stocks can advance materially unless the bond market improves.
