Costco (COST) on consumer demand. COST, the Blue Chip of the retail sector, only had 5.7% revenue growth and 12% earnings growth. The stock trades for 44x earnings, we find this is excessive versus only 12% earnings growth, even with 24% growth this valuation would be high.
