Macroeconomics: The markets are weakening based on a shift in Federal Reserve policy. The consensus expectations are the Fed will be done tapering their QE by March, but also to raise interest rates in March. That leaves the Fed a lot to do. The Fed has now gone from buying $120 billion in bonds per month to buying $60 billion in January.
