There are two factors driving the movements of the market right now, Omicron and the Federal Reserve. As we mentioned before we think Omnicron is very likely a non-factor. The important issue is what the Fed is going to do in reaction to inflation. The Employment report last week was very odd, the topline number was much lower than expected. There are two aspects to the Employment report, estimates from a payroll survey and estimates of the number of employed people from a household survey.
