The focus of both the bond and stock markets this week is focused on the annual summit of the Federal Reserve held in Jackson Hole, WY. On Friday, Federal Reserve Chairman Powell will inform us of their thoughts on monetary policy. The markets clearly anticipated, like we did, the Fed was going to change course and stop raising rates, at least temporarily due to negative GDP growth.
