We think mergers and acquisitions are coming back. Toward the end of many market cycles, that we have experienced, acquisitions heat up. The reason is economic growth slows down, stock prices tend to be high, and cash is generally plentiful on the balance sheets of companies. This makes it advantageous for companies wanting to continue to grow, to look for acquisitions.
