This year has been a tail of two markets. Technology stocks have been very strong, up 21% year to date, but on the other hand, Energy is down-14% and Telecommunications down -9.6%. The Russell 1000 Growth is up 16%, while the value stocks, as measured by the Russell 1000 Value, is up only 3.9% and Russell 2000 Value is actually down -.7%.
